leave annually as Annual & Casual leaves with average two short leaves per
month. AMS helps to monitor this accurately & these data can use when it calculates
annual bonus schemes, can use when does yearend appraisals and for increments.

Attendance Times & Leaves: AMS help employees to monitor his/her punctuality
and the leaves what he/she has at any given time.

internet facility. This system is more effective for the large workforce organizations
